The idea for Sweet and Sassy Stuff began more than 13 years ago as my best friend and I walked into a very pricey boutique.  She was pregnant at the time and fell in love with an adorable diaper bag that had an awkward gawdy bow on the front.  Her comment to me was "I love the bag but the bow has got to go."  After looking at the price tag, she about fell over.  I told her not to buy the bag and I would make one for her, without the bow of course.  The Sweet and Sassy Sack was born a few weeks later.  I have been making bags for friends ever since.

Sweet and Sassy Stuff On-line was established June 1, 2009!  Rather than focusing soley on the Sweet and Sassy Sack, I have chosen to offer lots of great bags and things.  I love bags, handbags, duffle bags, cosmetic cases, you name it.  But I like them to have personality and be functional.  The bags, blankets, luggage, custom made items, monogram buttons, have been selected for the stylish but busy mom. 

Price is important to me as well.  You don't have to break the bank to get a great bag, blanket or gift.  Some items cost more than other, but they are worth the cost.  I have tried to pick high-quality things at a reasonable price.  We don't have to pay designer prices.  My bags simply don't have the "label."
