Generally, items are ready to ship within 3-4 days.  However custom made-to-order items (buttons, bags, etc.) may take slightly longer.  This time frame does not include shipping time.

Our turn around time may vary during peak seasons. This would include Holidays such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's, etc. At these times our turn around time could change to a 5-7 day turn around.

When placing an order that requires a certain receipt date, please email us so that we can ensure your order reaches you in time. There is a fee for rush or same day orders. Please email us with specific information.

Item Availability

While we makes every effort to maintain stock of all styles offered, this may not always be possible. In the event an item is out of stock, we will make every attempt to ship the item as soon as possible. When an item is back ordered, you will be given an approximate arrival date. These dates cannot be guaranteed. 

The companies that I work with are constantly changing their inventory.  In the event that something you have ordered is unavailable, I will make every attempt to find a suitable replacement or refund your money.  Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated if this should occur.

Payments

We currently accept PayPal as the prefered method of payment.  You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay.  PayPal is simply to company that protects both of us in the checkout process.  I do not receive any financial information about your credit card number or bank accounts.

You may use a credit card through PayPal.  Once you have finished your order and ready to checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal website for payment.  This is a secure website.
